Titre: Leveraging Conformance Checking Techniques for Multi-Cloud SLA Compliance.

Abstract:

To satisfy cloud consumers’ requirements, service reconfiguration strategies are put in place ensuring first, adaptable service provisioning and second, compliancewith the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between consumers and providers. However, deviations between SLAs and “real” observed behaviours could occur even after triggering
reconfiguration strategies. To identify these deviations, we propose an approach that takes advantage of conformance checking techniques from process mining.
