The paper was published in IEEE CoMoRea workshop in PerCom 2004, so far the paper got more than 780 citations according to Google Scholar. The proposed two-tier OWL-based context model has been widely accepted by the pervasive computing, mobile computing and service-oriented computing community.
In this year PerCom conference, we also have a regular paper accepted (acceptance rate 10.6%). Totally the PerCom 2013 only accepted 19 regular papers.
