In our digital age, the consequences of the use or misuse of personal data, is a critical challenge that needs to be addressed on a planetary scale for both citizens, and governmental or economic actors. This challenge implies no less than international discussions and decisions. What is at stake is the respect of the protection of Personal data and private life of the citizen.
