GENERAL DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

\n

Security and privacy are attractive research topics in the field of Cooperative Intelligent
\nTransportation Systems (C-ITS). Recent attacks on security and privacy, which disrupt
\nthe CITS, create several challenges that have to be addressed by the research community.
\nExample of these challenges are robust misbehavior detection and reporting, lightweight
\nand agile security schemes, robust cryptographic algorithms, etc. At the standardization level,
\nmany efforts have been also made to speed up the deployment of security and privacy
\narchitectures and solutions.<\/p>\n

C-ITSec will provide an international technical forum for discussing and presenting recent
\nresearch results on any aspects of cyber security defense techniques, recent C-ITS attacks
\nand latest Enhancing Privacy Technologies for C-ITS. It aims at bringing together experts from
\nindustry and academia to share ideas and present research results on challenging issues
\nrelated to cyber security and privacy in vehicular communication. Papers may present theories,
\ntechniques, applications, or practical experiences related to that.<\/p>\n

It is required that the papers follow the IEEE conference template:

\nSubmitted paper must be original and unpublished papers with no longer than 5 pages. An
\nauthor can purchase up to two additional pages for a maximum allowed length of 7 pages.
