\nTitre : Introduction au deep learning<\/strong> par Yohan Petetin<\/p>\n

R\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/strong> Cette pr\u00e9sentation s’int\u00e9resse \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s aux probl\u00e8mes de pr\u00e9diction et de classification en statistique, les r\u00e9seaux de neurones profonds. Ces mod\u00e8les connaissent un regain d’int\u00e9r\u00eat ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (Alpha Go, Deepface) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’\u00e9mergence de nouvelles techniques d’apprentissage qui permettent d’exploiter la disponibilit\u00e9 des grandes masses de donn\u00e9es. L’objectif de l’expos\u00e9 est de pr\u00e9senter ces nouvelles techniques d’apprentissage associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ces architectures profondes. Nous commencerons par rappeler les probl\u00e8mes de pr\u00e9diction et classification et nous expliquerons en quoi les r\u00e9seaux de neurones sont \u00e0 m\u00eame de r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes. Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les limitations associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l’apprentissage statistique de ces mod\u00e8les, nous discuterons des m\u00e9thodes d’apprentissage profond. Enfin, quelques applications directes de ces architectures seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Biographie :<\/strong> Yohan Petetin a re\u00e7u son doctorat en math\u00e9matiques appliqu\u00e9es de T\u00e9l\u00e9com SudParis et de l’Universit\u00e9 Pierre et Marie Curie en 2013. Entre 2013 et 2015, il a travaill\u00e9 comme ing\u00e9nieur-chercheur au Commissariat \u00e0 l’\u00e9nergie atomique et aux \u00e9nergies alternatives. En particulier, il s’est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 l’utilisation des r\u00e9seaux de neurones profonds pour des probl\u00e8mes de classification audio. Depuis Septembre 2015, il est ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences \u00e0 T\u00e9l\u00e9com SudParis, d\u00e9partement CITI.
