Les entreprises doivent g\u00e9rer des processus diversifi\u00e9s et complexes, n\u00e9cessitant des outils avanc\u00e9s capables de traiter les subtilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des donn\u00e9es et de fournir une visualisation claire des interactions entre les donn\u00e9es et les activit\u00e9s des processus. L\u2019\u00e9volution constante des exigences commerciales impose des solutions de gestion des processus agiles et adaptables, capables de s&rsquo;adapter rapidement aux changements sans compromettre la pr\u00e9cision ou la coh\u00e9rence op\u00e9rationnelle.Malgr\u00e9 les avanc\u00e9es dans les technologies de mod\u00e9lisation des processus m\u00e9tier, les analystes et les parties prenantes non techniques continuent de faire face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis importants. Ces difficult\u00e9s proviennent principalement des exigences complexes d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des donn\u00e9es et de la nature ambigu\u00eb des descriptions de processus en langage naturel, entra\u00eenant souvent des malentendus, des erreurs et une communication inefficace entre les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tier et informatiques. De plus, les outils traditionnels de v\u00e9rification manquent souvent de rigueur pour valider efficacement les processus, causant ainsi des erreurs d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution, des incoh\u00e9rences et des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 maintenir la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire.En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, cette th\u00e8se pr\u00e9sente un cadre complet de gestion des processus m\u00e9tier centr\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es et \u00e0 faible code, nomm\u00e9 DF-BPMN(Data-Flow Business Process Model and Notation). Le DF-BPMN \u00e9tend la norme BPMN largement adopt\u00e9e en int\u00e9grant explicitement la logique des flux de contr\u00f4le avec les exigences d\u00e9taill\u00e9es des flux de donn\u00e9es, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une repr\u00e9sentation coh\u00e9rente qui r\u00e9duit significativement les erreurs d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et les mauvaises configurations. Cette approche unifi\u00e9e am\u00e9liore la clart\u00e9, facilite la maintenance et augmente la fiabilit\u00e9 globale.Une innovation majeure de ce cadre est l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de techniques avanc\u00e9es de traitement automatique du langage naturel(NLP), notamment les grands mod\u00e8les de langage(LLM), permettant la transformation automatique des descriptions textuelles des processus en mod\u00e8les DF-BPMN ex\u00e9cutables. Cette capacit\u00e9 simplifie consid\u00e9rablement la mod\u00e9lisation des processus, r\u00e9duit les ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s et am\u00e9liore la collaboration entre les analystes m\u00e9tier et les \u00e9quipes techniques. L&rsquo;interface graphique du DF-BPMN facilite davantage la conception visuelle et la gestion des processus, validant automatiquement les mod\u00e8les pour identifier et r\u00e9soudre de mani\u00e8re proactive les probl\u00e8mes potentiels d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res phases de d\u00e9veloppement.La pertinence pratique, la validit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du DF-BPMN ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es au travers de recherches empiriques et d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de cas dans divers domaines d&rsquo;application. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations significatives en termes de pr\u00e9cision, d\u2019utilisabilit\u00e9 et de compr\u00e9hension des processus par rapport aux approches traditionnelles. Les \u00e9tudes aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs ont \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9 la robustesse, la flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019intuitivit\u00e9 du DF-BPMN, soulignant particuli\u00e8rement son potentiel pour une collaboration efficace entre les parties prenantes techniques et non techniques. En d\u00e9finitive, le cadre DF-BPMN am\u00e9liore sensiblement la clart\u00e9 des processus, leur facilit\u00e9 de maintenance et leur fiabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution. Il comble efficacement le foss\u00e9 entre complexit\u00e9s techniques et r\u00e9alit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles, permettant ainsi aux utilisateurs non techniques et aux analystes de participer activement \u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation sophistiqu\u00e9e des processus. Cette th\u00e8se contribue donc \u00e0 l&rsquo;avancement des m\u00e9thodologies \u00e0 faible code, proposant des solutions \u00e9volutives et centr\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es adapt\u00e9es aux contextes organisationnels modernes et dynamiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Abstract :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern business process management increasingly requires a unified integration of control-flow logic, data management, and rigorous verification to maintain operational efficiency, reliability, and adaptability within rapidly evolving business environments. Contemporary businesses grapple with diverse and complex processes, necessitating advanced tools that can handle the intricacies of data integration and provide clear visualization of interactions between data and process activities. The continuous evolution of business requirements demands agile, adaptable process management solutions that seamlessly accommodate changes without compromising accuracy or operational consistency. Despite advances in business process modeling technologies, analysts and non-technical stakeholders continue to face substantial challenges. These difficulties primarily arise from intricate data integration requirements and the ambiguous nature of natural language process descriptions, leading to frequent misunderstandings, errors, and ineffective communication between business and IT teams. Moreover, traditional verification tools often fall short in rigorously validating processes, causing significant issues such as execution errors, inconsistencies, and challenges in maintaining regulatory compliance. In response, this thesis introduces a comprehensive Low-Code Data-Centric Process Management framework, termed DF-BPMN (Data-Flow Business Process Model and Notation). DF-BPMN extends the widely-adopted BPMN standard by explicitly integrating control-flow logic with detailed data-flow requirements, creating a cohesive representation that significantly reduces execution errors and misconfigurations. This unified approach enhances clarity, ease of maintenance, and overall reliability. A pivotal innovation within this framework is the integration of advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling the automatic transformation of textual process descriptions into executable DF-BPMN models. This capability significantly simplifies process modeling, reduces ambiguities, and enhances collaborative efforts between business analysts and technical teams. The intuitive graphical interface of DF-BPMN further supports visual design and management of processes, automatically validating models to proactively identify and resolve potential issues early in the development phase. The practical applicability, validity, and effectiveness of DF-BPMN were evaluated through empirical research and case studies across diverse application areas. Findings demonstrated improvements in accuracy, usability, and process comprehension compared to traditional modeling approaches. User studies further confirmed the robustness, flexibility, and intuitiveness of DF-BPMN, particularly emphasizing its potential for effective collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ultimately, the DF-BPMN framework significantly enhances process clarity, maintainability, and execution reliability. It effectively bridges technical complexities and operational practicalities, enabling non-technical users and analysts to actively engage in sophisticated process modeling. This thesis thus advances low-code methodologies, offering scalable and data-centric solutions tailored for modern, dynamic organizational
