Alors que les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de conception reposent largement sur les retours des utilisateurs, ces approches, bien que pr\u00e9cieuses, pr\u00e9sentent des limites en raison de leur subjectivit\u00e9. En parall\u00e8le, les m\u00e9thodes bas\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es, qui utilisent des mesures op\u00e9rationnelles et physiologiques, offrent une perspective plus objective mais demeurent imparfaites, souvent insuffisantes pour capturer la complexit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur en RV. Pour surmonter ces limitations, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et test\u00e9 la m\u00e9thodologie VR-SOLUS (M\u00e9thode de synergie des donn\u00e9es sensorielles, op\u00e9rationnelles et de l\u2019utilisateur pour la conception de la RV), qui combine des mesures op\u00e9rationnelles (performances, efficacit\u00e9), physiologiques (suivi oculaire, \u00e9lectroenc\u00e9phalogramme, fr\u00e9quence cardiaque) et les retours des utilisateurs. Cette approche a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 deux \u00e9tudes de cas distinctes : la t\u00e9l\u00e9op\u00e9ration de machines de terrassement et la th\u00e9rapie pour la dyslexie. \u00c0 travers une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences impliquant la validation d&rsquo;interfaces, la s\u00e9lection de contr\u00f4leurs et l&rsquo;optimisation d&rsquo;annotations virtuelles, nos r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent que la m\u00e9thodologie hybride offre une analyse plus compl\u00e8te et nuanc\u00e9e que les approches purement subjectives ou objectives. Les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00e9galement les d\u00e9fis techniques et m\u00e9thodologiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des bio-capteurs dans les environnements RV, notamment en termes de synchronisation des donn\u00e9es, de filtrage des signaux EEG et de la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des simulations physiques. Malgr\u00e9 ces d\u00e9fis, cette th\u00e8se propose des pistes pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es en RV, notamment par l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de nouveaux capteurs et l&rsquo;utilisation de techniques avanc\u00e9es de traitement du signal. En conclusion, cette recherche contribue \u00e0 l&rsquo;avancement des m\u00e9thodologies de conception en RV, en d\u00e9montrant l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;approche hybride pour optimiser l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur et en offrant des perspectives pour de futures recherches dans ce domaine en pleine \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This thesis explores the integration of hybrid methodologies for optimising user experience and human-machine interactions in virtual reality (VR). Traditional design methods rely heavily on user feedback, which, while valuable, are limited by their subjectivity. In parallel, data-driven methods, which use operational and physiological measures, offer a more objective perspective but often fall short in capturing the full complexity of the VR user experience. To address these limitations, we developed and tested the VR-SOLUS methodology ( Sensory, OperationaL and User data Synthesis for Virtual Reality), which combines operational measures (performance, efficiency), physiological data (eye-tracking, electroencephalogram, heart rate), and user feedback. This approach was applied to two distinct case studies: earthwork machinery teleoperation and dyslexia therapy. Through a series of experiments involving interface validation, controller selection, and virtual annotation optimisation, our results demonstrate that the hybrid methodology provides a more comprehensive and nuanced analysis than purely subjective or objective approaches. The results also highlight the technical and methodological challenges associated with integrating biosensors into VR environments, particularly regarding data synchronization, EEG signal filtering, and the fidelity of physical simulations. Despite these challenges, this thesis proposes ways to enhance data analysis in VR, including the integration of new sensors and the use of advanced signal processing techniques. In conclusion, this research contributes to the advancement of VR design methodologies by demonstrating the effectiveness of the hybrid approach in optimising user experience and providing insights
