Cela implique plusieurs \u00e9tapes : conception, mod\u00e9lisation, ex\u00e9cution, surveillance, optimisation et automatisation. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central du BPM est l&rsquo;analyse des processus, qui consiste \u00e0 examiner les traces d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution pour identifier les inefficacit\u00e9s et les d\u00e9viations par rapport aux processus pr\u00e9vus. Cette analyse se concentre particuli\u00e8rement sur la pr\u00e9diction des processus futurs et sur la v\u00e9rification de leur conformit\u00e9. Dans cette th\u00e8se, nous nous penchons sur les d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse des processus m\u00e9tier lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont pilot\u00e9s par courriel. Il est essentiel de ma\u00eetriser ces pratiques pour rationaliser les op\u00e9rations et maximiser la productivit\u00e9. La v\u00e9rification de conformit\u00e9 garantit que les processus r\u00e9els respectent les mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis, assurant ainsi le respect des normes et standards. Par ailleurs, la pr\u00e9diction des processus permet d&rsquo;anticiper le comportement futur des op\u00e9rations en se basant sur des donn\u00e9es historiques, ce qui aide \u00e0 optimiser l&rsquo;utilisation des ressources et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer efficacement les charges de travail. Appliquer ces techniques aux processus pilot\u00e9s par courriel pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fis uniques. En effet, ces processus manquent souvent des mod\u00e8les formels trouv\u00e9s dans les syst\u00e8mes BPM traditionnels, ce qui n\u00e9cessite des m\u00e9thodologies adapt\u00e9es. Les traces d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d\u00e9riv\u00e9es des courriels ont une structure particuli\u00e8re, comprenant des attributs tels que les actes de parole des interlocuteurs et les donn\u00e9es commerciales pertinentes. Cette complexit\u00e9 rend l&rsquo;application des m\u00e9thodes standard de fouille des processus plus difficile. L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de ces attributs dans les techniques existantes de BPM et les syst\u00e8mes de courriel demande des algorithmes avanc\u00e9s et une personnalisation importante, d&rsquo;autant plus que le contexte des communications par courriel est souvent dynamique. Pour relever ces d\u00e9fis, cette th\u00e8se propose plusieurs objectifs. D&rsquo;abord, mettre en place une v\u00e9rification de conformit\u00e9 multi-aspects et concevoir un syst\u00e8me de recommandation de r\u00e9ponse par courriel qui tient compte des activit\u00e9s du processus. Ensuite, il s&rsquo;agit de concevoir un mod\u00e8le de processus bas\u00e9 sur des contraintes s\u00e9quentielles et contextuelles sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es par un analyste\/expert en donn\u00e9es. Il est \u00e9galement crucial de d\u00e9velopper des algorithmes pour identifier les \u00e9v\u00e9nements conformes et non conformes, d&rsquo;utiliser les traces d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution pour pr\u00e9dire les connaissances des processus m\u00e9tier et de proposer des mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9ponse par courrier \u00e9lectronique. Les principes directeurs de cette approche sont la sensibilit\u00e9 au contexte, l&rsquo;interdisciplinarit\u00e9, la coh\u00e9rence, l&rsquo;automatisation et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration. L&rsquo;une des contributions majeures de cette \u00e9tude est le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un logiciel complet pour l&rsquo;analyse des processus pilot\u00e9s par courriel. Ce programme combine la pr\u00e9diction des processus et la v\u00e9rification de conformit\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer la communication par courriel. Il propose des mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9ponse adapt\u00e9s et \u00e9value la conformit\u00e9 des courriels avant leur envoi. Pour valider ce logiciel, des donn\u00e9es de courriels r\u00e9els ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es, fournissant ainsi une base pratique pour des comparaisons et des recherches futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Business Process Management (BPM) involves continuous improvement through stages such as design, modeling, execution, monitoring, optimization, and automation. A key aspect of BPM is Business Process (BP) mining, which analyzes event logs to identify process inefficiencies and deviations, focusing on process prediction and conformance checking. This thesis explores the challenges of BP mining within email-driven processes, which are essential for streamlining operations and maximizing productivity. Conformance checking ensures that actual process execution aligns with predicted models, maintaining adherence to predefined standards. Process prediction forecasts future behavior based on historical data, aiding in resource optimization and workload management. Applying these techniques to email-driven processes presents unique challenges, as these processes lack the formal models found in traditional BPM systems and thus require tailored methodologies. The unique structure of email-derived event logs, featuring attributes such as interlocutor speech acts and relevant business data, complicates the application of standard BP mining methods. Integrating these attributes into existing business process techniques and email systems demands advanced algorithms and substantial customization, further complicated by the dynamic context of email communications. To address these challenges, this thesis aims to implement multi-perspective conformance checking and develop a process-activity-aware email response recommendation system. This involves creating a process model based on sequential and contextual constraints specified by a data analyst\/expert, developing algorithms to identify fulfilling and violating events, leveraging event logs to predict BP knowledge, and recommending email response templates. The guiding principles include context sensitivity, interdisciplinarity, consistency, automation, and integration. The contributions of this research include a comprehensive framework for analyzing email-driven processes, combining process prediction and conformance checking to enhance email communication by suggesting appropriate response templates and evaluating emails for conformance before sending.
