A travers cet expos\u00e9, j&rsquo;adresserai une comparaison de mod\u00e8les g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs bas\u00e9s sur les mod\u00e8les de Markov cach\u00e9s et les architectures neuronales r\u00e9currentes. Je pr\u00e9senterai ensuite des outils d&rsquo;inf\u00e9rence variationnelle bay\u00e9sienne dans le but de construire et d&rsquo;estimer les param\u00e8tres de mod\u00e8les probabilistes issues d&rsquo;une fertilisation crois\u00e9e entre les mod\u00e8les de Markov cach\u00e9s et les r\u00e9seaux de neurones profonds. Enfin, l&rsquo;approximation du calcul des lois de probabilit\u00e9s \u00e0 post\u00e9riori \u00e0 partir de la conception de m\u00e9thodes de Monte Carlo s\u00e9quentielles sera discut\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract :&nbsp; <\/strong>My main reasearch has been devoted to generative models for time series data. In this presentation, I will discuss and compare generative models based on hidden Markov models and recurrent neural networks architectures. I will next present inference tools based on the variational Bayesian inference framework to build and estimate the parameters of probalistic models resulting from a cross-fertilization between hidden Markov models and deep neural networks.
