N\u00e9anmoins, la tendance actuelle d\u00e9passe les limites pr\u00e9dites par la loi de Moore et celle de Koomey, ce qui implique des limitations \u00e9ventuelles des impl\u00e9mentations num\u00e9riques de ces syst\u00e8mes. Pour r\u00e9pondre plus efficacement aux besoins calculatoires sp\u00e9cifiques de cette r\u00e9volution, des syst\u00e8mes physiques innovants tentent en amont d\u2019apporter des solutions, nomm\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0neuro-morphiques\u00a0\u00bb puisqu\u2019elles imitent le fonctionnement des cerveaux biologiques. Les syst\u00e8mes existants sont bas\u00e9s sur des techniques dites de \u00ab\u00a0Reservoir Computing\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0coherent Ising Machine.\u00a0\u00bb Leurs versions photoniques, ont permis de d\u00e9montrer l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ces techniques notamment pour la reconnaissance vocale avec un \u00e9tat de l\u2019art en 2017 attestant de bonnes performances en termes de reconnaissance \u00e0 un rythme d\u20191 million de mots par seconde. Nous proposons dans un premier temps une technique d\u2019ajustement automatique des hyperparam\u00e8tres pour le \u00ab\u00a0Reservoir Computing\u00a0\u00bb, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00e9tude th\u00e9orique de convergence. Nous proposons ensuite une solution au probl\u00e8me de la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer de type \u00ab\u00a0Reservoir Computing\u00a0\u00bb opto\u00e9lectronique. En plus des taux de classifications obtenus meilleurs que l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019art, une \u00e9tude compl\u00e8te du compromis co\u00fbt \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique performance d\u00e9montre la validit\u00e9 de cette approche. Enfin, le probl\u00e8me de la restauration d\u2019image par maximum de vraisemblance est abord\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une impl\u00e9mentation opto\u00e9lectronique appropri\u00e9e de type \u00ab\u00a0coherent Ising Machine\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Abstract : \u00ab\u00a0Neuromorphic photonic systems for information processing\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artificial Intelligence has revolutionized the scientific community thanks to the advent of a robust computation workforce and Artificial Neural Neural Networks. However, the current implementation trends introduce a rapidly growing demand for computational power surpassing the rates and limitations of Moore&rsquo;s and Koomey&rsquo;s Laws, which implies an eventual efficiency barricade. To respond to these demands, bio-inspired techniques, known as &lsquo;neuro-morphic&rsquo; systems, are proposed using physical devices. Of these systems, we focus on &lsquo;Reservoir Computing&rsquo; and &lsquo;Coherent Ising Machines&rsquo; in our works. Reservoir Computing, for instance, demonstrated its computation power such as the state-of-the-art performance of up to 1 million words per second using photonic hardware in 2017. We propose an automatic hyperparameter tuning algorithm for Reservoir Computing and give a theoretical study of its convergence. Moreover, we propose Reservoir Computing for early-stage Alzheimer&rsquo;s disease detection with a thorough assessment of the energy costs versus performance compromise. Finally, we confront the noisy image restoration problem by maximum a posteriori using an optoelectronic implementation of a Coherent Ising
