L’utilisation de nouvelles fibres (fibres multi-coeurs et fibres
\nmulti-modes) est l’une des voies actuellement envisag\u00e9es pour augmenter la capacit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de transmission longue distance.<\/p>\n
Dans le cas des fibres l\u00e9g\u00e8rement multi-modes (par opposition aux fibres hautement multi-modes pr\u00e9sentes commun\u00e9ment dans les r\u00e9seaux d’acc\u00e8s), l’augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 passera par l’accroissement de la densit\u00e9 spectrale d’information autoris\u00e9e par le multiplexage modale (transmission de donn\u00e9es distinctes sur chaque mode de la fibre).<\/p>\n
Ce s\u00e9minaire s’articulera en trois parties : tout d’abord une pr\u00e9sentation du contexte des syst\u00e8mes de transmission longue distance sur fibre optique, puis une pr\u00e9sentation des probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l’utilisation de fibres l\u00e9g\u00e8rement multi-modes et enfin une pr\u00e9sentation de la mod\u00e9lisation de ce support de transmission en simulation, accompagn\u00e9e des premiers r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n
