The prize for the \u00ab\u00a0Best scientific production in ICST (Information and Communication Sciences and Technologies) on the Plateau de Saclay\u00a0\u00bb is awarded each year to the research work of doctoral students from the ED STIC of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay and from IP Paris doctoral school (from the IDIA and ICE fields) for their excellence. The aim of this prize is to energize and motivate doctoral students by rewarding them and exposing their work to the community, particularly to young researchers starting their thesis.<\/p>\n
Each year, between 4 and 8 prizes are awarded, each with a maximum value of 1000 euros. The jury, composed of researchers in the field of ICST from the Plateau de Saclay will award a first prize in ICST from ED STIC and a first prize in ICST from ED IP Paris as well as a set of accessits. The jury reserves the right to reward, via a special jury prize, a scientific production of one or more PhD students carried out during a collaboration between research teams from the University of Paris-Saclay and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris.<\/p>\n
This prize is intended to promote all types of scientific production by doctoral students: articles, evaluation campaigns or production of hardware and\/or software systems. For each category, a proof of recognition of the work will be required: communication in a journal or conference with a program committee for an article, attested results for an evaluation campaign that may include a publication, demonstration at a conference or other event for a software, etc.<\/p>\n
