Ces structures (manifolds en Anglais), engendr\u00e9es par des restrictions impos\u00e9es aux observations multivari\u00e9es, seront \u00e9tudi\u00e9es du point de vue de leurs dimensions locales. Le lien entre le volume des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et l&rsquo;entropie des variables al\u00e9atoires qui mod\u00e9lisent les observations multivari\u00e9es sera aussi soulign\u00e9. Le s\u00e9minaire s&rsquo;ach\u00e8vera avec une discussion sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pratique de conna\u00eetre le volume et de la dimension intrins\u00e8que des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, dans le contexte de l&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles. Ce s\u00e9minaire est pr\u00e9vue pour une dur\u00e9e de deux heures et sera en fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9minaire 2 :  M\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9duction dimensionnelle issues de la mod\u00e9lisation de la propagation thermique (Isomap, LLE etc.) et auto-encodeurs, <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Date :<\/strong>  Jeudi 3 octobre 2019, de 14h \u00e0 16h,<br \/>\n<strong>Lieu :<\/strong> Cea Saclay-Nano-Innov,  8 avenue de la Vauve-CS 90070, amphi 34 du B\u00e2timent 862.<\/p>\n<p>Ce s\u00e9minaire est la deuxi\u00e8me partie d\u2019une discussion sur l&rsquo;importance de l\u2019\u00e9tude des des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s en reconnaissance des formes. Apr\u00e8s la discussion men\u00e9e lors du premier s\u00e9minaire, o\u00f9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de connaitre la dimension intrins\u00e8que et le volume des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en valeur, on s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse maintenant \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes classiques de r\u00e9duction non-lin\u00e9aire des dimensions.  On soulignera  en particulier l\u2019importance de la mod\u00e9lisation thermique implicite aux m\u00e9thodes classiques. Puis, on s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressera aux relations entre ces m\u00e9thodes et les les structures d&rsquo;auto-encodage. Ce s\u00e9minaire est pr\u00e9vue pour une dur\u00e9e de deux heures et sera en fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conf\u00e9rencier invit\u00e9 :<\/strong>  Jugurta Montalv\u00e3o, Universit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Sergipe (Br\u00e8sil)<br \/>\nJugurta Montalv\u00e3o a eu son dipl\u00f4me de doctorat en Automatique et Traitement du Signal en 2000, \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Paris-Sud XI (Centre Scientifique d&rsquo;Orsay), avec un travail d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au sein de l&rsquo;ancien Institut National des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications, sous la direction de Prof. Bernadette Dorizzi (Professeur \u00e0 T\u00e9l\u00e9com SudParis Directrice de la Recherche et des Formations Doctorales). \u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, il est chercheur du &lsquo;Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico&rsquo; (CNPq-Br\u00e9sil) et enseignant du d\u00e9partement de g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectronique de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Sergipe, o\u00f9 il
