Les probl\u00e9matiques les plus r\u00e9currentes sont la mobilit\u00e9, la disponibilit\u00e9 ainsi que les ressources limit\u00e9es. Un int\u00e9r\u00eat bien connu dans les r\u00e9seaux et donc dans les MANET est de monitorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de ce r\u00e9seau et de ses n\u0153uds. Les contraintes des MANET peuvent avoir un impact significatif sur les efforts mis en \u0153uvre pour les monitorer. La mobilit\u00e9 et la disponibilit\u00e9 peuvent cr\u00e9er des r\u00e9sultats incomplets pour le monitorage. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s usuelles utilis\u00e9es en monitorage sont simples, comme notamment la consommation moyenne du processeur, la bande passante moyenne, etc. De plus, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des r\u00e9seaux a conduit \u00e0 un besoin croissant d&rsquo;examiner des comportements plus complexes, d\u00e9pendants et imbriqu\u00e9s. La litt\u00e9rature indique que la pr\u00e9cision des valeurs obtenues par monitorage et donc des approches n&rsquo;est pas fiable et difficile \u00e0 atteindre en raison des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s dynamiques du MANET. Nous proposons donc des architectures de surveillance d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es et distribu\u00e9es qui reposent sur de multiples points d&rsquo;observation. L&rsquo;approche d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e combine des algorithmes dits hi\u00e9rarchiques et de \u2018gossip\u2019 pour fournir une approche de monitorage efficace. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exp\u00e9rimentations approfondies, nous avons conclu que m\u00eame si nous \u00e9tions en mesure d&rsquo;atteindre d\u2019excellentes performances, la fragmentation du r\u00e9seau a toujours un impact s\u00e9v\u00e8re sur la m\u00e9thodologie mise en place. Essayant d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer notre technique, nous avons propos\u00e9 une approche distribu\u00e9e pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9cision globale. Il fournit un m\u00e9canisme de consensus qui lui permet d&rsquo;agr\u00e9ger de nombreux r\u00e9sultats fournis par plusieurs n\u0153uds et fournit un r\u00e9sultat plus significatif et plus pr\u00e9cis. Nous soutenons notre proposition avec de nombreuses d\u00e9finitions math\u00e9matiques qui mod\u00e9lisent les r\u00e9sultats locaux pour un seul n\u0153ud et les r\u00e9sultats globaux pour le r\u00e9seau. Nos exp\u00e9riences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es avec un \u00e9mulateur construit en interne qui s&rsquo;appuie sur Amazon Web Services, NS-3, Docker et GoLang avec un nombre variable de n\u0153uds, la taille du r\u00e9seau, sa densit\u00e9, la vitesse des noeuds, les algorithmes de mobilit\u00e9 et les d\u00e9lais. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet \u00e9mulateur, nous avons pu analyser plusieurs aspects en fournissant des testbeds reproductibles, document\u00e9s et accessibles. Nous avons obtenu des r\u00e9sultats prometteurs pour les deux approches, et surtout pour l&rsquo;approche distribu\u00e9e en particulier en ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9cision des valeurs obtenues par monitorage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MANETs represent a significant area of network research due to the many opportunities derived from the problematics and applications. The most recurring problematics are the mobility, the availability and also the limited resources. A well-known interest in networks and therefore in MANETs is to monitor properties of the network and nodes. The problematics of the MANETs can have a significant impact on the monitoring efforts. Mobility and availability can create incomplete results for the monitoring. The usual properties discussed in monitoring are simple ones, e.g., average CPU consumption, average bandwidth and so on. Moreover, the evolution of networks has led to an increasing need to examine more complex, dependant and intertwined behaviors. The literature states that accuracy of the approaches is not reliable and difficult to achieve due to the dynamic properties of the MANET. Therefore we propose a decentralized and distributed monitoring architectures that rely on multiple points of observation. The decentralized approach combines gossip and hierarchical algorithms to provide an effective monitoring approach. Through extensive experimentation, we concluded that although we were able to achieve exceptional performance, network fragmentation still has a harsh impact on the approach. Trying to improve our approach, we proposed a distributed approach, relying on stronger bedrock to enhance the overall efficiency and accuracy. It provides a consensus mechanism that allows it to aggregate and provides a more meaningful and accurate result. We support our proposal with numerous mathematical definition that models local results for a single node and global results for the network. Our experiments were evaluated with an emulator built in-house that relies on Amazon Web Services, NS-3, Docker and GoLang with varying number of nodes, network size, network density, speed, mobility algorithms and timeouts. Through this emulator, we were able to analyze multiple aspects of the approaches by providing a repeatable, documented and accessible test beds.
